The CST Ice Spiker Pro DD is a lightweight, high-grip, and fast studded folding tire designed for icy and low-temperature conditions. Equipped with up to 402 tungsten carbide studs, it provides excellent traction on ice while maintaining MTB agility. The aluminum housing around each stud reduces weight without compromising performance.

This tire is also suitable for paved roads. Even in areas with little snow or mostly dry conditions, it maintains reliable grip. The studs effectively bite into normal asphalt, providing stability during fast corners and braking. To ensure long-lasting stud performance, it is recommended to break in the tire on paved surfaces for approximately 40 km, avoiding heavy acceleration or sudden braking. The tungsten carbide studs are extremely wear-resistant, capable of lasting thousands of kilometers, though the corners may slightly round off or sink in with use.

The tire is ideal for various icy and snowy terrains but may have limited performance in deep snow. For regions with minimal snow, it is recommended to mount the tire on a secondary bike and select the appropriate bike according to weather conditions to achieve optimal riding experience.
